Payment Terms

For Period of Stay between 1st April and 15th July, long weekends and New Year: 50% of the entire plan amount should be credited to our Bank Account at the time of confirmation, and balance full payment at least 21 days before the date of Check In.

For all periods other than above, 50% payment of the entire plan at the time of confirmation and balance full payment 7 days before the date of check-in.

Note:
Booking will only be confirmed if the above payment terms are strictly adhered to.

Standard Cancellation Policy

	Booking if cancelled more than 20 days from the date of check in, then, no retention will be charged.
	Confirmed booking if cancelled within 10-20 days from the date of Check In, then, one night Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
	Confirmed booking if cancelled within 7-10 days from the date of Check In, then, 50% Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
	Confirmed booking if cancelled with in 7 days from the date of Check In, then, 100% Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
	No show will attract 100% retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained.

	Note
	For the BEST AVAILABLE RATE (BAR) of the day, the cancellation policy will be different and shall be specified / informed at the time when such rates are offered. Therefore, the standard cancellation policy as above will not apply to the BEST AVAILABLE RATE (BAR)of the day.

Note

	Checking out of the Property due to any reason without utilizing the total number of booked nights shall attract 100% retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained.
